Key ResponsibilitiesUpstream Supply Chain Management: Identify and assess regional electrical and electromechanical suppliers, ensuring their capabilities align with Serve's future device roadmaps. US-Asia Liaison: Act as the main communication channel between US-based engineering/design teams and Asia-based suppliers to maintain design integrity throughout the manufacturing process. Master Schedule Ownership: Create and manage detailed NPI schedules, tracking vital milestones from prototype and engineering validation through to mass production. Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate weekly technical and operational meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address challenges and ensure alignment across departments.

Role Overview: NPI Program Manager (Taiwan)

The NPI (New Product Introduction) Program Manager will be based in Asia and play a key role in bringing new hardware to market. This position oversees the entire lifecycle of advanced electrical and electromechanical components, guiding products from design through to high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities include managing a network of suppliers specializing in electric vehicle (EV) battery systems, advanced sensors, and connected devices. The NPI Program Manager ensures these partners meet Serve Robotics’ quality and performance standards, aligns supplier capabilities with long-term product goals, and works to reduce technical risks throughout the process. The aim is to deliver reliable, innovative hardware solutions that support our mission.
