$75 for standard OT visits

$112.50 for OT evaluations

$187.50 for OT start of care

Position Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct thorough assessments in patients' homes, ensuring detailed documentation via Homecare Homebase.

  • Assess patients and implement tailored therapy interventions

  • Create comprehensive care plans and facilitate multi-disciplinary collaboration

  • Ensure timely clinical documentation and visit notes

  • Maintain ongoing communication with physicians, care team members, patients, and families

  • Demonstrate comfort in all aspects of home health care

  • Directly manage patient treatments and outcomes, or supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
