Join Riveron as a OneStream Manager within our Technology and Innovation practice. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our financial and technical project teams to deliver exceptional client projects. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing OneStream Administrative and Managed Services, executing OneStream implementations, and providing comprehensive technical support. The ideal candidate will possess a robust track record in OneStream and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software implementations.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) with at least 6 years of experience in OneStream or other CPM solutions (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive).
Demonstrated success in multiple full-cycle OneStream implementations or other CPM systems.
Proven ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement OneStream solutions.
Experience with VB. NET, Visual Basic, or C# along with business rule creation.
Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements including PL, BS, CF, and EBITDA.
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes (financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, account reconciliation).
Familiarity with delivery methodologies.
Proven leadership skills in guiding teams to implement solutions in alignment with design and architecture.
Experience facilitating workshops to educate clients on emerging technology trends and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering impactful messages to diverse audiences, including client leadership and internal teams.
Your Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with Riveron team members to design and implement effective OneStream solutions.
Lead client-specific administrative and managed service requirements, including daily helpdesk support, application performance monitoring, month-end close tasks, report development, and client training/documentation.
Collaborate with team members to define business requirements and translate them into OneStream functionality.
