The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Operational Data Analyst to transform customer deployment data into scalable insights. In this pivotal role, you will evaluate implementation trends, product utilization, and operational workflows to uncover factors driving adoption, retention, and expansion within our customer base. You will work closely with our Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to convert data into best-practice playbooks, measurable benchmarks, and evidence-based materials that enhance our strategic roadmap and market presence.
