Join our dynamic City Operations – Homes team in Toronto as an Operations Associate. This pivotal role is focused on execution and sits at the crossroads of vendor management, process enhancement, and cross-departmental collaboration. You will play a critical role in managing the operational lifecycle of Opendoor homes, ensuring they are ready for resale on time, within budget, and in line with our high-quality standards.

As part of the City Operations team, you will report to an Associate Manager and work closely with Home Project Managers (HPMs), trade partners, and internal teams in Pricing, Resale, and Central Operations to maintain smooth and efficient home operations. If you excel in managing complex workflows, solving operational challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, we want to hear from you!
