Your Responsibilities
Operational & Strategic Support
- Coordinate follow-ups, prepare briefing materials, and maintain executive documentation
- Assist in crafting leadership meeting presentations, dashboards, and action trackers
- Conduct market and competitive analysis for new initiatives
- Support the coordination of internal and external events
Project Coordination
- Collaborate on cross-functional regional projects, including hotel openings
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and meet stakeholder requirements
Process Improvement
- Help streamline workflows and document essential processes
- Develop templates, tools, and standard operating procedures to boost efficiency
Data & Insights
- Gather and analyze performance data (KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, revenue trends)
- Create clear, insightful reports and visual summaries
Collaboration & Communication
- Engage with hotel teams, regional leaders, and external partners
- Prepare presentations and briefs for senior stakeholders
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, technology, and guest experiences
