Your Internship

As a Service & Success Intern, you will be the indispensable link between our internal staff, the hotels, our guests, and the customers of the Valk Store. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that often need to be executed simultaneously. With your organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly, you will ensure that operations run smoothly.

During your internship, you will support us in various areas that are essential for the seamless operation of our hotels. This includes working with systems such as the reservation system, the website, and the online check-in module. Additionally, you will assist in answering guest inquiries, for example, regarding the Valk Giftcard and the Valk Loyalty program.

Transforming hotel experiences into home experiences, thanks to you!

You will also play a vital role within the Valk Store, ensuring that guests can experience the unique Van der Valk feeling at home. You will advise customers, maintain contact with suppliers, and process incoming orders. Your dedication and enthusiasm will contribute to optimal service and an unforgettable guest experience, both online and offline.

The Service & Success team consists of 12 motivated colleagues who serve as the connecting link between the hotels, guests, and other departments. Together, we ensure that hotels operate seamlessly and that guests always feel welcome and appreciated.
