About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Lead to join our Enablement team at Partly, reporting directly to Harry, our Chief People Officer. Our Enablement team is dedicated to making Partly the ultimate startup experience, encompassing Talent, Finance, BizOps, Employee Experience, and People Operations.
This position is not your typical 'People' role; it is geared toward an operational leader who excels in creating robust systems, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing comprehensive programs in a rapidly growing setting. You will be responsible for developing systems from scratch and refining existing initiatives, including people data management, performance frameworks, compensation strategies, and benefits administration. Your efforts will be crucial as Partly scales from approximately 100 to over 500 employees.

Key Responsibilities
Manage People Data and Systems: Take ownership of our people record systems, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and cleanliness to maintain accurate headcount, attrition, and people metrics.
Oversee Performance Cycles: Lead the full cycle of our Game Tape Reviews (GTRs), driving the process through Revolut People, including setting schedules, ensuring completion, and supporting managers throughout.
Direct Compensation and Benefits: Align global compensation to target percentiles, manage the Season of Numbers, and develop a benefits program that caters to our diverse regions.
Systemize Operations: Handle hardware lifecycle management, conduct team surveys (both pulse and annual), empower people leads, and develop company-wide travel policies, if it's people-centric and operational, it's your domain.
Utilize AI and Automation: Embrace an AI-native approach, automating repetitive tasks, creating efficient workflows, and leveraging AI tools to function at the pace of a team twice your size.
Ensure Compliance and Security: Manage the people aspects of ISO27001 and Vanta requirements to maintain seamless operations ahead of audits.
Required Skills
High-Agency Operator: Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Foundational Skills: Experience in areas such as data management, performance metrics, and operational execution.
Startup Acumen: Familiarity with the unique challenges and processes within a startup environment.
