Role Overview: Operations Manager - 2nd Shift

Based in Las Vegas, NV, the Operations Manager (2nd Shift) leads a large team at the Inspection Center. This role oversees the vehicle reconditioning process, managing at least five leads and up to 70 front-line associates. The position focuses on daily operations, people leadership, and continuous improvement within a lean manufacturing environment. The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining quality, production, and cost targets while building a culture of engagement and growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations at the Inspection Center.
  • Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to support their professional development.
  • Work on strategic planning to align with company goals.
  • Maintain compliance with operational standards, policies, and performance metrics.
  • Promote positive communication and teamwork in line with company values.
  • Recruit, select, onboard, and train new employees to strengthen the supervisory team.
  • Oversee training and certification processes for employee advancement.
  • Provide constructive, competency-based feedback to leads and associates.
  • Support production planning to ensure each line maintains adequate capacity.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Offer strategic guidance to improve operational efficiency.
