Your Role

In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for our hotels regarding operational and system-related inquiries. You will assist hotels in utilizing both internally developed systems, such as online check-in, and external systems used within the hotels. Your hands-on experience in hotels allows you to understand daily floor processes and provide targeted advice on suitable practices. You will be the voice of the hotels within the organization, ensuring that feedback is addressed and transformed into actionable improvements.

Your Responsibilities

You will guide hotels in operational questions and advise on efficient workflows. Your tasks will include introducing new updates and functionalities, conducting training sessions, identifying improvement opportunities and trends, and contributing to projects and enhancement initiatives. Furthermore, you will represent the interests of the hotels within our organization and help develop the online knowledge base.
