- Assist in designing and updating organizational charts in response to structural changes and new job roles.
- Craft and refine job descriptions for various roles within the line of business as required.
- Engage in the development of new job descriptions and incorporate them into the established job matrix for organizational changes.
- Contribute to HR and organization-wide projects necessitating changes such as transfers and filling new vacancies.
- Facilitate the full cycle of employee rotation according to established criteria in line with business requirements.
- Collaborate with direct managers to establish OKRs for new hires during their probation period, ensuring alignment of departmental and individual objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate new hires' performance during their probation period using the Performance Management System (PMS) to enhance productivity and system usage.
- Oversee the semiannual and annual performance appraisal processes, maximizing efficiency and addressing managers' inquiries.
- Assist in the identification of assessment tools and methodologies for various programs.
- Document and communicate assessment results and development areas for employees through the Talent Management System (TMS) as part of the Career Development Plan (CDP) cycle.
