Collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate strategic goals into actionable outputs, conduct structured tests, and compile insights as we establish our go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities
Messaging & Content Development
- Create and refine key messaging themes tailored for target customer segments.
- Draft and enhance B2B-focused content for platforms like LinkedIn and other professional channels.
- Convert product and business context into clear, testable narratives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all content and communication channels.
Experimentation & Testing
- Design and implement small-scale tests focused on messaging, content, and communication channels.
- Establish hypotheses and criteria for success before testing.
- Analyze outcomes and identify performance drivers.
- Recommend actionable next steps based on identified trends.
Analytics & Insight Synthesis
- Track performance metrics related to content, traffic, engagement, and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain straightforward reporting views and tracking tools.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and distinguish significant insights from noise.
- Summarize findings into concise, actionable updates for leadership.
Market & Competitive Research
- Conduct research on target industries, company types, and buyer personas.
- Analyze competitor messaging, positioning, and strategies.
- Assist in the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) through structured research.
- Generate reference materials to inform messaging and outreach strategies.
Enablement Asset Creation
- Create and maintain initial versions of messaging frameworks, content libraries, and playbooks.
- Document insights to ensure knowledge retention over time.
- Prepare practical materials for future Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or sales team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic direction into tactical execution.
- Coordinate with inbound and outbound teams to align strategies and initiatives.
