Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Engage with decision-makers to drive the purchase of our diverse range of commercial doors and related products and services. Communicate effectively with customers to identify sales opportunities and address challenges through consultative sales. Expand sales within commercial and industrial sectors, including hospitals, universities, K-12 institutions, and municipalities throughout Boston and its neighboring regions. Achieve or surpass sales and gross profit targets. Provide accurate and timely estimates and proposals. Meet with both existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and sell technical and mechanical products and services. Draft detailed scopes of work for proposals, managing all aspects from initial contact through to closing the deal. Act swiftly to finalize customer projects and engage in project management as needed. Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in outside sales. Strong technical aptitude with mechanical systems. Experience interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications is highly desired. Possess an outgoing personality with a natural talent for customer service. Valid Driver’s License is required. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
