Vehicle Condition Associate I Pay Range: $18-$19 Position Overview: As an entry-level Vehicle Condition Associate at Carvana, you will play a crucial role in assessing, documenting, and maintaining the status and appearance of our wholesale inventory. Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of each vehicle to identify mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic issues. Utilize advanced digital tools to accurately evaluate the exterior and interior conditions of Carvana's wholesale inventory. Employ mobile devices to capture multiple images of assigned vehicles, documenting any observed damages. Ensure accurate documentation of each vehicle's trim levels and features. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years). Proficient in using digital devices and mobile applications. Strong attention to detail. Physical ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 40 lbs. Willingness to drive frequently. Comfortable working outdoors continuously in various weather conditions. Ability to tolerate fumes or odors from vehicles under maintenance.
