As a pivotal member of our dynamic marketing team, you will report directly to the Head of Events, playing a crucial role in the comprehensive planning, execution, and analysis of events alongside their associated marketing campaigns. Your contributions will be essential in helping ACS achieve its strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass:Strategy and Planning: Crafting event-specific goals and objectives, and aiding in the development of compelling event proposals and marketing plans aimed at engaging our target audiences.Project Management: Overseeing the entire event lifecycle from initial proposal through to post-event evaluation.Budget and Finance Management: Ensuring adherence to allocated budgets, negotiating favorable terms with vendors and suppliers, and executing events in a cost-effective manner to maximize return on investment.Design Team Collaboration: Guiding the creation of innovative stands, print materials, and event collateral.Marketing and Promotion: Designing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email and social media) to enhance attendance and engagement.Logistics and Coordination: Coordinating with venues, suppliers, caterers, and internal teams to manage all logistical facets of events.Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring performance metrics, collecting attendee feedback, and generating insightful reports to inform future event strategies.Stakeholder Management: Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal teams across the globe within marketing and sales.On-site Management: Supervising the event on the day, ensuring seamless execution, troubleshooting any issues, and managing on-site staff or volunteers.

Experience the Exciting Life of a Team Charter Flight BrokerAs a vital member of our charter flight team, your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire process of private charter flights, from initial inquiries and quotes to booking aircraft and the successful completion of each charter.Build and maintain relationships with key travel bookers within your client portfolio.Establish and nurture connections with operators.Assist in expanding our database of operators, ensuring that all operator and fleet information is accurate and up-to-date.Promptly manage client charter requests.Handle and communicate all booking changes as needed.Create flight briefs and post-flight reports.Ensure that all flight bookings comply with our legal and compliance standards.Manage invoicing requirements from clients and suppliers.Prepare ad-hoc reports as per client requests.Occasional domestic travel may be required to visit clients and operators.Assist brokers with ad-hoc tasks as needed.This role requires flexible working hours; you may occasionally need to work outside of regular business hours.TrainingWe are dedicated to ensuring you become an exceptional salesperson. To support this, we have developed a comprehensive 14-month training program that must be completed before you begin your sales activities! (This includes 6 months of flight service training, 6 months of broker training, and classroom training at our London headquarters.)
