They value not only our creative, colorful, and high-performance products but also our agile and responsive approach, which is characteristic of a human-sized organization.To support our growth and ensure sustainable management of our product lines, we are looking for a dynamic Category Manager.This strategic role positions you as the right hand of the management team, focusing on category and commercial aspects. As an integral part of the marketing and product creation team, you will transform data into actionable decisions, elevate product ranges to performance levels, and convert offerings into profitable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Strategy & Assortment DevelopmentDesign, structure, and evolve assortments by category (permanent, seasonal, peak times) while providing well-documented and reasoned recommendations.Ensure consistency, clarity, and differentiation of product offerings on shelves.Make informed decisions: optimize performing products, refresh underperforming items, and remove those that are detrimental.Maintain a balance between innovation, commercial performance, and production capacity.Analysis, Management & DeliverablesAnalyze sales, stock rotations, and inventory by segment and retailer. Deliver clear, regular, and actionable dashboards.Identify opportunities, risks, weak signals, and competitive movements.Develop reliable forecasts and produce actionable written recommendations.Report your activities with precision: planning, progress, and results.Merchandising & ImplementationCreate planograms and display plans to optimize visibility and performance of our products in-store.Define merchandising plans and suitable POS materials for various retailers.Internal Coordination & Market SurveillanceCoordinate with internal teams (purchasing, design, artistic direction, sales, customer service) acting as a facilitator to ensure coherent and smooth product launches.Participate in trade shows and conduct in-store benchmarks to inform category strategy.Design and distribute surveys to the sales force and clients to gather market insights and enhance analyses.
