Together, we foster a culture of learning, respect, collaboration, ownership, and tangible results.Position OverviewAs the Senior Product & Technical Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role within our global enablement organization, tasked with developing and scaling the technical product and value-engineering enablement framework that supports our Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), partners, and broader go-to-market (GTM) teams.This role operates at the unique intersection of product knowledge, technical expertise, value articulation, and GTM execution. It is a broad, demanding, and impactful position that requires you to function as a senior leader and builder, rather than merely a program coordinator. Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing internal technical and product enablement for NodeZero and our comprehensive platform.Designing and facilitating onboarding and ongoing technical enablement for Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers.Creating and managing a Partner technical enablement and accreditation/certification initiative.Establishing and operationalizing Value Engineering content, tools, and training.Conducting competitive research and providing guidance and positioning to enable the field to effectively differentiate Horizon3 and NodeZero from traditional tools and emerging competitors.You will report directly to the Head of Global Enablement and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering leadership, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, Field CTO, Revenue Operations, and other key teams across Horizon3.
