Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest areas, including cabins, laundries, public spaces, and restrooms.Keep the entire housekeeping team informed with up-to-date shipboard information at all times.Create and manage work schedules, section plans, and vacation schedules, conducting performance appraisals for housekeeping staff.Collaborate with the Safety Officer to address maintenance needs based on stateroom availability.Promptly report maintenance issues in guest areas and ensure follow-up on work orders.Order, receive, and monitor linen inventory onboard.Oversee housekeeping locker, pantry, and crew uniform inventory control.Ensure timely completion and submission of housekeeping work registration forms to the Chief Purser.Submit housekeeping overtime requests to the Hotel Manager and Chief Purser promptly.Uphold and enforce adherence to all company policies, procedures, manuals, and directives within the housekeeping department.Other duties as assigned that are not limited to the above responsibilities.
