YOUR MISSION: As a Senior Field Marketing Manager (f/m/d) at Parloa, your objective is to stimulate pipeline and revenue expansion within the U.S. market through the design and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives tailored to our primary sectors. You will have complete ownership of regional marketing endeavors, emphasizing field and partner events. Utilizing your industry knowledge and expertise in AI-driven marketing tools, you will collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to create compelling experiences that generate demand, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate deal closure. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Design and implement regional marketing strategies that align with sales goals and revenue objectives. Partner with Sales, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Partnerships teams to customize content and campaigns for the U.S. market. Organize and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including field events, webinars, industry conferences, and account-based marketing (ABM) in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Build pipelines and expedite sales cycles through region-specific approaches and customer engagement initiatives. Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and pipeline contribution. Utilize AI platforms and tools to refine campaign targeting, personalization, and performance analytics. Develop relationships with industry partners, associations, and key influencers in the insurance, financial services, and healthcare sectors. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 7–10 years of field or regional marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years concentrated on the U.S. market. Demonstrated success in executing impactful campaigns and events that drive revenue growth. Strong industry knowledge in insurance, finance, or healthcare is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of the enterprise sales process and collaboration with account executives. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing platforms or tools (e.g., for lead scoring, content creation, personalization, or predictive analytics). Superior communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and event/webinar tools.
