Our culture is deeply rooted in hospitality, focusing on caring for others.About the RoleThe Director of GTM Enablement will spearhead the strategy and execution of full-funnel enablement, ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) organization is harmonized and prepared for effective execution.In this role, you will translate our company and product strategy into scalable enablement programs that boost productivity, shorten ramp-up times, and drive quantifiable revenue impact across acquisition, expansion, and retention efforts.Your position will be pivotal, collaborating with various GTM teams, including Support, Onboarding, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, to guarantee the consistent and repeatable execution of our strategy in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Funnel GTM Enablement StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive GTM enablement strategy that encompasses the entire customer lifecycle: demand generation, sales conversion, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.Align enablement initiatives with company objectives, market dynamics, and the overarching GTM strategy.Act as a strategic partner to GTM leaders to enhance readiness, productivity, and execution.Sales, Customer Success & Partner EnablementDesign and deliver onboarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Partner-facing teams.Minimize time-to-productivity for new hires and enhance performance for seasoned representatives.Support multiple GTM motions (new business, expansion, renewals, cross-sell) across buyer and seller personas within a B2B2C marketplace framework.Messaging, Content & PlaybooksManage the enablement content ecosystem, including playbooks, messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and battlecards.
