With over 900 employees, we are driven by a shared vision to improve life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.Key Responsibilities(Design → Systematize → Build → Validate → Observe → Evolve)Design and evolve the technical release model, including aspects such as versioning, configuration management, deployment logic, promotion flow, and validation points.Implement the release model through production-grade release tooling, deployment automation, and configuration management.Construct and manage the global release pipeline, facilitating application deployments and release-specific configurations while supporting releases end-to-end during designated release windows.Monitor the behavior of the release pipeline, deployment outcomes, and system health signals related to releases.Offer structured feedback to engineering teams based on deployment behaviors, failure patterns, and incidents related to releases.Enhance release tooling, deployment mechanisms, and the release model based on observed failures, feedback, and scaling needs.
