Avoq is on the lookout for a dynamic Paid Media Supervisor who will take charge as the account manager and strategist. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the creation of marketing strategies, manage timelines, generate reports, and handle budgets for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, global brands, prestigious universities, and impactful non-profits. This position offers the flexibility to work from our offices located in New York, Washington D. C., or Chicago.
WHO YOU ARE
- Possess 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with practical expertise in executing paid media across various platforms.
- Ready to take full accountability for client accounts while managing strategy development, timelines, reporting, and budget allocation.
- A hands-on practitioner with extensive knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and others.
- Comfortable both in strategizing and directly executing campaigns, including campaign setup, quality assurance, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the entire paid media landscape, covering paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, and emerging channels, and how each contributes to overall performance.
- A data-driven decision maker who actively tracks performance metrics and optimizes campaigns based on real-time insights.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on campaign setup accuracy, effective tracking, and executional excellence.
- Promote a digital-first culture and provide educational support to colleagues regarding tools, tactics, and trends.
- A confident communicator both in client-facing and internal environments.
- An organized project manager capable of prioritizing tasks and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced setting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and implement strategic digital campaigns that are measurable, scalable, and performance-focused.
- Execute campaigns directly in platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, overseeing setup, quality assurance, pacing, and optimization.
- Develop and manage media plans that align with campaign objectives, budgets, and target audiences.
- Create and refine audience segments (including retargeting, lookalikes, and CRM-based) to enhance targeting accuracy.
- Optimize campaigns through rigorous testing, bid adjustments, and budget reallocations to maximize performance outcomes.
- Continuously monitor pacing and performance, proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and formulate client-ready recommendations.
- Troubleshoot any platform, tracking, or delivery issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing excellent service and strategic guidance.
