Chalkboard is in search of a Paid Social Manager to spearhead the management of our paid social channels internally, while developing the necessary strategies and systems to scale these efforts efficiently and aggressively. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with teams across Paid Media, Creative, Data, Product, and Revenue, playing an essential part in how millions of fans connect with sports in real-time. Your Game Plan:
Take charge of our paid social initiatives, creating a continuous testing environment that enhances our marketing strategies while boosting acquisition during peak sports seasons.
Assume ownership of our most impactful paid social channels in-house.
Enhance spending efficiency and overall performance across these channels.
Provide sharper analysis, forecasts, and visibility into our performance marketing funnels.
Combine analytical precision with creative thinking.
Translate performance data into clear, actionable strategies.
Elevate standards for experimentation, measurement, and accountability.
Strategically increase spending around key sports events (NBA, NFL, etc.).
Align paid social campaigns with overarching marketing strategies (organic, CRM, email, SMS, in-app messaging).
