Role Overview
The Paid Social Media Manager will build and refine Telnyx’s paid social strategy across channels including Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube. The goal is to turn paid social into a reliable, scalable channel for reaching a primarily technical audience.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube).
- Create compelling ad content tailored for technical audiences.
- Build and segment audiences to maximize campaign performance.
- Test creatives thoroughly and analyze campaign data.
- Make fast, informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and implement improvements without waiting for direction.
- Spot gaps in strategy or execution and take initiative to address them.
Who You Are
- Experienced in paid social marketing with a strong grasp of performance-driven strategies.
- Comfortable creating and testing ad content for technical audiences.
- Skilled at analyzing data and optimizing campaigns for growth.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to act without detailed briefs.
