The Legal team is looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support compliance, documentation, and contract management. This remote position (United States) helps attorneys focus on strategic priorities by handling essential legal operations and supporting a mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Review NDAs and Independent Contractor agreements using company templates and attorney guidance.
  • Draft contract summaries for Health Plan and Employer agreements, highlighting key terms and operational details.
  • Track contract expirations and renewals, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Oversee contract execution through DocuSign and manage departmental communications.
  • Maintain the contract database, ensuring data accuracy and proper reporting.
  • Create reports and dashboards to analyze data and share insights with business partners.
  • Support compliance efforts, including policy updates, training logistics, and documentation.
  • Help build playbooks, checklists, and tools to streamline Legal team workflows.
  • Contribute to Legal Department projects and resources, including the Legal Hub and intranet.
  • Assist with research and document preparation as assigned.
  • Respond to internal and external Legal Department questions.
  • Adapt to new tasks and shifting priorities as a collaborative team member.
  • Administer company equity plans.
  • Support compliance with training management requirements.
  • Provide operational assistance for SOC2 and HIPAA audits.
