Role Overview

We seek a dedicated part-time AI Trainer with experience in the mortgage industry to enhance our AI systems. You will play a vital role by providing feedback on interactions, annotating conversations, and ensuring quality standards. If you have previously worked as a customer service or collections agent for a mortgage servicer, this position is ideal for leveraging your expertise to train AI in practical situations.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate and categorize data from mortgage-related conversations.
  • Provide constructive feedback on AI responses to enhance accuracy and user-friendliness.
  • Assist in training the AI system to improve its handling of mortgage servicing calls.
  • Test AI responses for quality, customer experience, and realism.
  • Commit to approximately 10 hours a week with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a customer service representative for a mortgage servicing company.
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, including escrow processes, payment inquiries, loss mitigation, QRPC requirements, servicing transfers, and client interactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Experience in providing feedback to customer service agents.
