About the job

Starling Bank is looking for a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Team Leader based in Southampton. This role centers on guiding a team during evening hours to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The Team Leader works closely with the Customer Service Operations Manager and helps shape how customers experience Starling’s support.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service colleagues during evening shifts
  • Encourage a positive, customer-focused environment
  • Support the delivery of banking solutions that are fair, simple, and human
  • Model and uphold Starling Bank’s values: Listen, Keep It Simple, Do The Right Thing, Own It, and Aim for Greatness

Shift details

  • Part-time, averaging 30 hours per week
  • Evening shifts, typically from 17:00 to 01:30
  • Shifts may be scheduled on any day, Monday through Sunday

Recruitment process
