Key Responsibilities:
Foster a welcoming environment that encourages community living:
- Help organize and execute resident events.
- Engage in the recruitment and training of new team members.
- Manage service requests from residents efficiently.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of the office and communal areas.
- Support residents during their move-in and move-out processes.
- Assist in property turnover operations.
Market and lease apartments effectively:
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct tours of model and available units.
- Guide applicants through the online application process.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and phone calls from prospects.
- Drive occupancy rates while optimizing rental income.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to boost property traffic and exceed occupancy goals.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of property features and competitive offerings.
Perform essential administrative duties:
- Conduct market surveys as needed.
- Collect move-in deposits and associated fees.
- Thoroughly prepare and manage lease documentation.
- Keep accurate records of prospect traffic and leasing activities.
- Inspect units regularly and prior to move-ins.
- Review lease and renewal files for compliance and report to the Property Manager.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
