What We’re Looking For:A joyful personality! While you don’t need to be a stand-up comedian, we want our retail team to reflect our fun brand ethos. Strong communication skills to connect with customers, learn their names, and personalize their shopping experience. A genuine affinity for the Shinesty brand and our product offerings. A proven track record in sales, with a solid understanding of sales metrics and store objectives. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate staffing needs. Passion for sharing the excitement of our unique underwear products. Innovative problem-solving skills and a desire to enhance the customer experience continuously. Eligibility Requirements:A positive attitude towards customers and coworkers alike. Ability to stand or move for extended periods. Capability to reach, carry, bend, and lift items up to 30 lbs. Must have reliable transportation to reach the assigned store location. Preferred Qualifications:Previous sales experience in the underwear or sock sector. Experience in apparel or accessory sales/buying.1-2 years of customer service experience, especially in-person sales and support. Familiarity with the Shopify POS system, including sales management and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly engage customers with a bright smile and a positive demeanor.
  • Educate customers on our products by effectively conveying their features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Utilize suggestive selling and upselling techniques while actively listening to customer needs.
  • Assess customer requirements to provide tailored support for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Embody our core value of 'Pleasuring the Customer' by simplifying their experience and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Restock and replenish sales floor inventory as needed, communicating inventory requirements to management.
  • Maintain an immaculate store environment, including opening and closing duties, cleaning, and ensuring brand visual standards are met.
