Key ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture relationships with assigned Sales Partners. Provide partners with essential product knowledge, sales tools, and engagement techniques. Drive customer acquisition through partner-led sales initiatives. Assist partners in conducting product demos alongside backend teams. Work closely with internal teams to support implementation and onboarding. Ensure partners meet contractual obligations and comply with payment terms and regulations. Track partner performance against predefined targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within partner accounts. Engage in demand generation and co-marketing initiatives with partners. Focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Roles & ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:Maintaining strong relationships with assigned Sales Partners. Achieving acquisition and revenue goals through partner channels. Enabling partners and coordinating operational tasks. Driving customer retention and identifying upsell chances. Ensuring compliance with contracts and timely payment. Responsibilities excluded from this role include:Developing partner recruitment strategies and regional business plans. Making pricing and commercial decisions beyond specified limits. Managing backend implementations, limited to coordination only. Creating core marketing content.
