Okta is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager for Technology Partnerships based in Bellevue, Washington. This position centers on driving demand generation for Okta’s key ISV collaborations, with a strong focus on AI integrations and partnerships with major platform providers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing, the role offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies that benefit both Okta and its technology partners.
Role overview
The Partner Marketing Manager will serve as a connector between product and sales teams, ensuring technical integrations align with customer value and scalable marketing efforts. The main objective is to achieve measurable pipeline and revenue growth by developing innovative partner programs.
What you will do
- Strategy ownership: Create and implement joint marketing strategies with leading ISV partners including Zscaler, Crowdstrike, and Google. Focus areas include lead generation, increasing product adoption, and expanding Okta’s market presence.
- GTM narrative activation: Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical value propositions into high-impact marketing materials. Produce co-branded pitch decks, solution briefs, and sales plays tailored for Okta’s global sales teams.
- Integrated campaigns: Lead the design and global launch of complex, multi-partner and multi-channel “Always-On” marketing campaigns. Develop unified messaging and campaign frameworks to open new market opportunities and highlight joint value propositions.
