Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive technical and functional support for the Partner Portal and PRM backend, including configuration, user assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Translate and refine business requirements from Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams into actionable technical specifications for IT and Development teams.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders including CRM, Marketing, Channel Sales, and Analytics to drive system enhancements and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to Channel Operations initiatives such as Cloud Marketplace performance tracking and SKU optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of user documentation and facilitate change management processes for partners.
