Role Overview

The Partner Relationship Representative will support partners throughout Latvia, ensuring smooth onboarding, verification, and activation of new merchants. This role is key to expanding viva.com’s partnership program and driving merchant growth.

What You Will Do

Guide partners through onboarding, verification, and activation for new merchants
Identify and connect with potential new partners to build collaborations
Respond to partner requests and escalate issues as needed
Serve as the main point of contact for partners
Drive results and growth within the Indirect Team
Show interest in AI-powered tools and adapt to AI-enhanced environments

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working cross-functionally to strengthen partner relationships and business outcomes
Ability to spot business opportunities and value in technology-based commercial solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence communicating at all organizational levels
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, managing several projects at once
Excellent language skills
