As a Partner Sales Cloud Specialist, you will spearhead Redis's strategic alliances with AWS and Google Cloud, focusing on scalable co-selling strategies, marketplace growth, and partner-driven pipelines across these leading cloud providers. This position is integral to our Strategic Partnerships team and reports to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, contributing to our overall cloud partner program strategy. Your success will be gauged by your ability to create predictable pipelines, accelerate deals, and foster robust engagement in the cloud domain.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Management
Serve as the primary liaison for AWS and Google Cloud, harmonizing Redis's business objectives with the sales and partnership strategies of our cloud partners. Formulate and implement regional cloud partner strategies that drive marketplace growth, enhance co-selling capabilities, and solidify long-term ecosystem positioning. Cultivate strong relationships with cloud sales, partner, and product marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of Redis into field activities and account planning. Identify scalable opportunities for joint solutions, integrations, and market expansion, working closely with internal Redis stakeholders.

Joint Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop and operationalize an effective co-selling framework for AWS and GCP by linking Redis Account Executives with appropriate cloud sellers, including FSRs, CEs, PEs, and their GCP counterparts. Facilitate AE-to-AE collaboration through field-ready toolkits, co-branded materials, industry-targeted messaging, and competitive positioning. Organize and execute quarterly co-selling campaigns, pipeline reviews, and regional GTM initiatives aligned with AWS and GCP's fiscal strategies. Collaborate with Field Partner Leaders to ensure consistent execution, pipeline integrity, and collaborative approaches that drive substantial revenue growth.

System Integrator Enablement
Identify and prioritize key Global and Regional System Integrators aligned with AWS and GCP, capable of scaling Redis solutions. Deliver structured enablement programs covering Redis fundamentals, cloud integrations, and essential vertical use cases to drive growth and adoption.
