About this Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader for our alliances team to ensure our biopharma partnerships are robust, aligned with our goals, and surpassing expectations. You will serve as the operational backbone of each partnership, establishing agendas, aligning stakeholders, monitoring success metrics, and proactively identifying potential issues.
As our inaugural alliances hire, you will report directly to our CEO and be a foundational member of Chai's commercial team. This high-responsibility role requires an individual who excels in execution, has exceptional communication skills, and fosters trust within relationships.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee the health of relationships with strategic partners: ensure metrics remain positive, identify risk signals promptly, and facilitate resolutions.
Manage client-facing projects and partnerships from inception to completion.
Collaborate with field scientists to guarantee timely and successful fulfillment of all commitments.
Translate and escalate feedback from partners to inform the broader organization.
Your Profile
Demonstrated experience in alliance management, strategic partnerships, customer success, or related roles within the biopharma or biotech sectors.
Operationally minded: adept at building systems, adhering to timelines, and ensuring team alignment, without losing focus.
Exceptional relationship builder with high emotional intelligence, executive presence, and outstanding communication skills.
Possess sufficient scientific knowledge to understand and support scientific team members effectively.
Thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment.
