We are on the lookout for a Partnerships Program Manager to join our global partnerships team.
In this role, you will drive partner-generated growth across four international regions, emphasizing that "partners are an extension of our sales force." Reporting to the Head of Operations and Strategic Programs, and collaborating closely with our regional directors, you will serve as the international interface within our global partnerships organization. Your responsibilities will include enhancing international efficiency by successfully integrating relevant global initiatives into local partnership teams, with a strong focus on best practices tailored to the unique nuances of each market and vertical sector. Additionally, you will oversee key strategic programs, such as operationalizing brand partnerships that extend beyond regional boundaries, enhancing partner activation capabilities, and supporting geographical expansion.
Your Responsibilities:
Program Management
Manage the execution and risks of global programs for international operations, including contract standardization, commission review, and deployment of global partnership tracking systems and Salesforce automations.
Operationalize strategic distribution/referral partnerships and co-selling best practices to boost adoption and referral volume.
Partner Enablement
Identify internal team activation needs and develop a plan to address these in collaboration with global managers.
Establish an activation model for strategic partners by region and lead training sessions with key stakeholders.
Operations and Reporting
Collaborate with regional directors and finance teams to meet revenue objectives (MRR) from partners, while optimizing channel efficiency (revenue vs. costs).
