We are excited to invite a talented Partnerships Program Manager to join our Global Partnerships team.
This role is available in both Montreal and Toronto.
As a Partnerships Program Manager, you will spearhead partner-driven growth across four international regions, embodying the philosophy of 'partners as an extended salesforce.'
Reporting to the Operations & Strategic Programs leader and collaborating closely with our Regional Directors, you will serve as the key contact for the international segment within our global partnerships organization. Your mission will be to enhance operational efficiency by integrating relevant global initiatives into the international partnerships teams and optimizing our operating model with an emphasis on best practices tailored to each region’s unique business landscape.
This position entails overseeing crucial strategic programs for partnerships, including the operationalization of strategic and brand partnerships beyond the regional scope, enhancing partner enablement capabilities, and collaborating with regional leaders to facilitate expansion into new geographies and verticals through our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management
Manage the execution of programs led by the global partnerships team for international operations, including backbook contract standardization, commission reviews, and the rollout of the global partnerships tracker along with Salesforce contract/billing automations.
Operationalize key strategic distribution/referral partnerships and implement partner co-sell best practices to drive successful adoption and maximize referral volume.
Partner Enablement
Identify the enablement needs of the internal partnerships team and collaborate with global partnerships and international enablement managers to formulate a plan to address these needs, leveraging global resources or local structures.
Develop a comprehensive partner enablement model for our top partners in each region and conduct partner enablement sessions in collaboration with partner managers and other critical stakeholders.
