As a Cook / Chef, your responsibilities include:
- Creating a diverse range of delicious dishes from scratch, including our renowned scones, cakes, and hearty one-pot meals.
- Utilizing the National Trust Cookbook framework to prepare dishes for our core menus.
- Contributing to our ‘Spirit of Place’ menu, which celebrates the history of our magnificent building and engages visitors with our culinary stories.
- Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene legislation and COSHH standards.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to maintain high standards.
