About the job

About Us

At Prenuvo, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare from reactive 'sick-care' to proactive health management. Our innovative whole-body scans are quick (under 1 hour), safe (utilizing MRI technology with no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast required). By integrating advanced hardware, software, and AI with a patient-focused approach across our clinics, we are pioneering a new era in healthcare that emphasizes prevention over late diagnosis.

We are seeking a Patient Liaison to enhance our dynamic team at our Chicago clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will create a welcoming and professional atmosphere, showcasing your excellent customer service skills, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail.

Our clinics operate up to seven days a week; therefore, a flexible schedule is essential, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. This is an on-site position, and candidates must be prepared to cover shifts with a 45-minute notice when necessary.

Join us in reshaping the future of healthcare while working with state-of-the-art technology and a team of high-performing experts. Together, we can make a positive impact on people's lives!
