Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written proficiency. Team-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Familiarity with eLearning platforms (LMS) and tools such as Moodle and Google Classroom. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and authoring tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, and Canva. Strong writing skills with proven experience in technical documentation. Basic understanding of software design and requirements.

ProgressSoft is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Payment Solutions Trainer to join our team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive training on our innovative software solutions to our clients. This role involves engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including end users, business teams, and technical teams, to facilitate effective training programs. The Trainer will also collaborate closely with internal teams to gain a thorough understanding of system specifications, business workflows, and the functionalities of ProgressSoft’s offerings, ensuring the creation of precise end-user documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs in collaboration with customers and project managers to develop tailored training programs, both in-person and virtually.
  • Lead orientation sessions prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Deliver hands-on training at customer sites to ensure a seamless implementation and transition to production for ProgressSoft’s projects.
  • Create engaging educational materials such as presentations and video tutorials as required.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work in partnership with development and technical teams to gain an in-depth understanding of ProgressSoft’s product requirements and workflows.
  • Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the Electronic Payment Solutions industry.
