Role Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver tailored in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You will engage with children and their families to foster communication, feeding, and language development using evidence-based interventions.
We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle, whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours.
Scheduling Options:
- Part-Time: Under 24 visits per week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits per week
Your caseload will be built around your availability and location.

Sign-On Bonus:
Eligible full-time candidates can earn a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 after 180 days of employment, contingent upon qualifications such as:
- Full-Time SLP
- Experience in feeding therapy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Willingness to supervise SLPAs
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech-language therapy.
- Conduct evaluations using both standardized and non-standardized assessments.
- Educate families about therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
- Participate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
- Stay informed on best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
