We are actively engaged in real estate credit, rental housing, commercial properties, and property technology through strategic investment approaches.
The People Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting our Talent Acquisition efforts by implementing effective hiring strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for candidates. This position involves sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting screenings, organizing interviews, and assisting with initiatives such as the employee referral program and structured interview processes.
In addition to sourcing candidates, the People Associate will oversee job postings on various platforms, monitor candidate pipelines, and maintain precise data within our applicant tracking system (ATS). Collaborating closely with hiring managers, this role supports the entire recruitment process by facilitating communication and ensuring candidates progress in a timely manner through each stage of the hiring funnel.
Moreover, this role contributes to developing and sustaining a robust talent pipeline by proactively identifying candidates, aiding in workforce planning, and pinpointing process enhancements to optimize Talent Acquisition efficiency and scalability. The People Associate typically manages a workload of 20–30 job requisitions, adapting as necessary to meet business demands.
Additionally, this position will support broader initiatives within the People Team, taking on extra responsibilities as required to align with changing business objectives.
