About this position:
We are seeking a People Business Partner to join our People team in Boston. In this advisory role, reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping team dynamics, enhancing operational efficiency, and navigating the complexities of rapid growth and transformation.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership to enhance managerial capabilities, foster high-performing teams, support organizational design, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives, all while creating an outstanding employee experience. You will also engage cross-functionally with Finance, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and other members of the People team to bolster engagement and performance within your teams.

What you'll be doing:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership within your portfolio, providing strategic insights on team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and organizational wellness.
- Translate business strategies into people-related implications and partner with leaders to design actionable plans that promote scale, clarity, and enhanced performance.
- Coach managers at various levels, enhancing skills in feedback, decision-making, communication, and team leadership.
- Develop and implement comprehensive, inclusive change management plans to facilitate communication, risk management, and alignment among leaders.
- Drive the adoption and effective execution of essential People programs, including performance cycles, compensation planning, promotions, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives.
