Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Associate to streamline the administration of the employee lifecycle throughout the organization. This role will encompass onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, commission tracking, and HR operations, ensuring that our internal people processes remain organized, precise, and efficient.
You will collaborate closely with the Operations, Legal, Finance, and leadership teams to manage employee records, payroll inputs, and operational workflows for our global workforce.
The nature of this position necessitates a high degree of integrity, discretion, and strict confidentiality, particularly in dealing with employee information, payroll data, and compensation records.
