Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive People Operations Manager to establish and scale the systems, processes, and programs that enhance our people experience. As a key player in the dynamic stablecoin and digital asset landscape, you will maintain high standards of compliance, precision, and trust while ensuring our HR infrastructure is efficient and compliant across all operational regions.

This position intersects HR, legal, compliance, recruiting, payroll, and finance, requiring a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual comfortable in a regulated environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance our HRIS, ATS, and people operations tools; drive automation and workflow enhancements.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data, organizational charts, and reporting structures across all platforms.

  • Oversee data integrity, compliance, and auditing initiatives across HR systems.

  • Develop, document, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures across global jurisdictions.

  • Guarantee adherence to employment laws, financial regulations, and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
