With over $5 million in annual recurring revenue and a growing base of coaches on our platform, we have validated paid advertising as a key driver of growth, achieving an impressive 4.4x return on ad spend. We are now seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to elevate our advertising strategy to new heights.
Your Role
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding Avida's paid advertising initiatives from start to finish. This role is unique as you will manage paid campaigns on behalf of fitness coaches using our platform, handling multiple ad accounts while optimizing a unified strategy across all campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our Coach Account Management team to onboard coaches into paid advertising, strategize content, and effectively communicate the benefits of paid versus organic growth.
You will report directly to the VP of Sales/Growth and have a significant impact on coach revenue, platform expansion, and overall company performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Instagram/Facebook) for an expanding group of fitness coaches, each with unique ad accounts, target audiences, and content styles.
Onboard new coaches into the paid ads program , evaluate their readiness (content cadence, lead volume, budget commitment), create initial campaigns, and provide guidance throughout their first 90 days.
Optimize campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis , analyze CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates; experiment with new creatives, audiences, and placements; quickly eliminate underperforming ads.
Develop and enhance the paid advertising playbook , document best practices for ad creative, audience targeting, budget management, and scaling strategies tailored to the fitness coaching sector.
