RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct partition synthesis and manage physical implementation tasks (synthesis, floorplanning, power/ground grid generation, placement and routing, timing analysis, noise management, physical verification, electromigration, voltage drop, and logic equivalency checks). Enhance and refine physical design methodologies and automation scripts for implementation processes. Collaborate closely with the ASIC design team to conduct feasibility studies, establish design targets for timing, power, and area, and assess RTL/design trade-offs. Diagnose and resolve design, timing, and congestion issues while proposing effective solutions and ensuring execution. Run, debug, and resolve signoff closure challenges in static timing analysis, noise, logic equivalency, physical verification, electromigration, and voltage drop. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
