Qualifications:MD or DO degree with a valid medical license to practice in the state of West Virginia. Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) is preferred. Strong interest in wound management and the ability to work autonomously in a mobile healthcare setting. Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Our PM&R Physicians have the advantage of no night shifts, no on-call duties, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
Become a Specialist in Wound Management, receiving training from highly qualified, wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. You'll have access to advanced clinical technologies and the latest wound care techniques.
• Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• We offer comprehensive physician-level wound management training along with a wound fellowship, equipping you with the knowledge and expertise to achieve clinical excellence.
• W2 physicians have the potential to earn an average of $300,000 annually plus benefits for a 30-hour work week (with part-time opportunities available).
• Paid training is provided.
Practice Overview:
• Full-time roles operate Monday through Friday (7 am - 4 pm), with part-time options available.
• There are no call or weekend clinical obligations.
• Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.
• Part-time positions require a minimum commitment of 3 days per week, while full-time roles typically involve 4-5 days per week.
• The practice is mobile, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40 to 60-mile radius.
• Our physicians visit 2-3 facilities each day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
• Clinical documentation occurs in real-time at the point of care using our proprietary wound-specific EMR system.
• Paid training is provided during onboarding, including a 6-month wound care fellowship.
