Role Overview: Physician Liaison - Referral Partnerships Manager
The Referral Partnerships Manager focuses on increasing patient referrals to Alpaca Health. The role centers on building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, such as primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other professionals who refer patients for ABA therapy or autism diagnosis.
What You Will Do
This position serves as the community representative for Alpaca Health, developing and expanding referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations. The goal is to ensure a steady flow of appropriate referrals for partner providers. Success in this role comes from strong relationship-building skills and a clear understanding of trust’s role in healthcare referrals.
- Spotting Opportunities: Identify new provider partner leads through research and outreach.
- Connecting and Converting: Engage with potential leads to bring them on as referral partners.
- Fostering and Strengthening Relationships: Maintain and deepen existing partnerships through in-person visits, emails, and other direct interactions.
