Job Summary
As a Physician Recruiter for the Northeast Region, you will play a pivotal role in managing our physician panel, negotiating agreements with physicians within established parameters, and onboarding new physicians to meet client requirements. This is a results-driven position that demands achieving or surpassing monthly recruitment targets.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Panel Maintenance
- Negotiate physician agreement terms by understanding client fee schedules and turnaround time requirements.
- Assist in maintaining existing physician profiles, including updates on fees, groups, and administrative tasks related to panel maintenance.
- Research and conduct outreach for new panel options as needed.
- Onboard new physicians based on client needs, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained, including agreements, applications, CVs, W9s, and NPDB checks.
- Collaborate with network leadership to establish fee agreements.
- Provide necessary instructions for accessing Dane Street resources.
Panel Relations
- Conduct in-person visits to support regional panel physicians and facilitate scheduling assistance to optimize operations.
In this role, you will recruit and manage physicians in strategic regional markets, particularly for Washington L&I clinic IME exam services and surrounding areas, ensuring our network meets the diverse needs of various physician specialties.
Occasionally, you will address licensing and certification requirements for physicians willing to participate in Dane Street’s clinic services.
Engage in direct recruitment and relationship-building activities with current and prospective panel physicians to enhance panel growth and retention.
Foster long-term partnerships through regular face-to-face interactions and field presence.
Source and fulfill open service requests for urgent network recruitment while providing daily updates on sourcing efforts.
Procure exam locations as necessary and integrate them into Dane Street’s database for blocked-time physicians.
